Notes for Today's Page

Hello all! I'm sorry for the late update. I've been up all night working on it. Amanda's out of town on holiday and I'm sick with some evil form of stomach flu and I took a nap earlier when I should have been working on this for you! BOO!

On the plus side, even though it keeps me from updating and playing on the duck more often, I've gotten a new job! I'm a barista now at this really cool little coffee shop in downtown Austin! It's locally owned (which I'm thankful for since they seemed really cool about me having to miss out on my third day of work), and that means I won't have to deal with any corporate crap that I had to deal with at my old job! Yay!

School is going well. I'm enjoying all of my classes, and last month I was also taking dance classes on the side! This month I can't take as many dance classes, because of the new job, but I still go out blues and swing dancing as much as I can. I even made sure my availability for work was scheduled around the big dance nights!

You might notice that I messed up on Lia's shirt. I forgot that her sleeve was supposed to be ripped. Normally I really have a hard time dealing with little mess-ups like that, but I'm forgiving myself since this was a long update. I, however, cannot forgive myself for the 6th panel. It's just all out of proportion. BLEH!
